Organization The consortium is structured according to project, centralized under the Institute for International Professional Services (the consortium's headquarters until December 31, 2001). As illustrated in the diagram below, each of the participant's projects or initiatives are coordinated jointly with IIPS. The main themes identified at the first meeting of the consortium are listed under "Projects" on this website.
